PLI just wrapped up 3 Leadership Essentials learning communities. Leadership Essentials fastens down some of the core building blocks of effective leadership. (We’ll be starting a similar learning community in Ethiopia next week!)
One Thank You
But allow me to say Thank You to you for leading in your role. Thank you for serving and caring for people that don’t know Jesus and for whom Jesus extended His arms on the cross and died.
I’m prompted by two brief conversations!
I’m so impressed with PLI. I was a church planter years ago. I would have benefited from PLI. Most of the time I felt like no one knew I was there and no one cared what I was doing. –A retired pastor observing PLI in Cleveland
Thank you PLI. You’ve made my husband a better pastor. You’ve made me a better leader. We serve away from everywhere. No one knows we exist and no one seems to really care. In the last 2 ½ years, PLI has changed all of that and changed our lives. –A Chicago Participant
Let’s be honest. Leading is difficult. Oftentimes lonely.
So, simply, for who you are and what you do… Thank you.
Two Requests
- Would you identify and encourage 2 or 3 ministry leaders that would benefit in growing in the fundamentals of leadership? And contact Raechel.
- Lend a significant boost to your missionary work with adults 20’s-30’s and identify several adults and introduce them to 1000YL. Tell them that you believe in them and want to invest in them. Join us in praying that God will send out new missionary disciples into the young harvest fields all around us.
